You will never see a TV antenna in any of my work. There are already too many reminders of the interruptions of our way of life being visually ruined by technology's blitzkrieg. Somebody has reported there more than 90 million antennae. But then you may not have Photoshop so you can't compare the two looks.
Jouko Lehto replied:
I have Photoshop and several other programs, and I suppose I can use them quite well... But, in reality, we have here two different ways to see things - yours and mine. This happens to be my work. I am not against even very heavy pp, if it suit my purpose and the way I want to work look. You can find some examples here from my pages. Some can be easily spotted, because they look out surrealistic or otherways impossible in reality. Some have more natural look, and it might be impossible to spot out what has been done in post prosessing. And even more, every single shot has gone through raw-prosessing and some adjustments. So, editing is ok for me. But tv-antennas... Not that big problem for me, and they really are part of this time. History and relics of today. Beautiful? No, not really. But beauty is in the eyes of the spectator.

This is the perfect shot for a little housecleaning in Photoshop of other program. In this shot there are two TV antennas and a light. The clock and stonework are terrific, but the TV antennas disturb the fragile harmony of the Middle Ages. But perhaps they are what the photographer wanted us to see.
Jouko Lehto replied:
Thank You Jan for the comment! For me the scene is a mixture of old and new - the tv-antennas, lights and hanging clothes as new layers over the medieval ground. Life goes on, making and leaving new marks.
